The 1990 Arizona House of Representatives elections were held on November 6, 1990. Voters elected all 60 members of the Arizona House of Representatives in multi-member districts to serve a two-year term. The elections coincided with the elections for other offices, including Governor, U.S. House, and State Senate. Primary elections were held on September 11, 1990.[3]

Prior to the elections, the Republicans held a majority of 34 seats over the Democrats' 26 seats.

Following the elections, Republicans maintained control of the chamber, though their majority was reduced to 33 Republicans to 27 Democrats, a net gain of one seat for Democrats.[4]

The newly elected members served in the 40th Arizona State Legislature, during which Republican Jane Dee Hull was re-elected as Speaker of the Arizona House.[a]
