The 2024 Campeonato Brasileiro Feminino A-1 (officially the Brasileirão Feminino Neoenergia 2024 for sponsorship reasons)[1] is the 12th season of the Campeonato Brasileiro de Futebol Feminino Série A1, the top level of women's football in Brazil, and the 8th edition in a Série A1 since its establishment in 2016. The tournament is organized by the Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF). It started on 15 March and is scheduled to end on 22 September 2024.[2]

Sixteen teams compete in the league – the top twelve teams from the previous season, as well as four teams promoted from the 2023 Série A2 (América Mineiro, Botafogo, Fluminense and Red Bull Bragantino).[3] Corinthians are the defending champions.

Format[edit]

In the group stage, each team plays once against the other fifteen teams. Top eight teams qualify for the final stages. Quarter-finals, semi-finals and finals are played on a home-and-away two-legged basis.[4]
