The 2024 season is Santos FC's 112th season in existence and the club's first season in the second division of Brazilian football, after suffering relegation in the previous season.[1] As well as the Série B, the club competes in the Campeonato Paulista, and in the Equality Cup with a secondary squad.[2]

On 9 December 2023, Marcelo Teixeira was elected the new president, returning to the role after 14 years.[3]
