Magdalena Fręch defeated Olivia Gadecki in the final, 7–6(7–5), 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Guadalajara Open. It was her first WTA Tour title.[1]

Maria Sakkari was the reigning champion,[2] but withdrew before the start of the tournament.
