Category:Torture in Bangladesh

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Torture is routinely used by security forces in Bangladesh, even though it is a state party to the United Nations Convention Against Torture. Human Rights Watch and others have long documented the systematic use of torture in Bangladesh by its security forces, including the army, the Rapid Action Battalion, and the Directorate General of Forces Intelligence, the country’s main intelligence agency.[1] [2]

This category includes articles on torture occurring in Bangladesh, regardless of the nationality of the victims.
