Birthplace of Jazz - New Orleans, Louisiana[edit]

In reading the history and the educators of Jazz Music from the South between New Orleans, La. and Mississippi a whole void of history is missing.

Apparently no one bothered to visit new Orleans institutions like Xavier University and Southern University who had a long history of Jazz education.

The mire fact that so many musicians originated from the south in the Jazz era, for example:

  Jazz

Louis Armstrong Jelly Roll Morton Mr. Ferbos Eddie Bo John A. Fernandez - Xavier University Malcom Breda - Xavier University Southern University of New Orleans John Brunious Sr., John Jr. Wendell, Bernell Dave Barthomew Ellis Marsalis, University of New Orleans Kidd Jordon Clyde Karr, Sr. and Clyde Karr, Jr.(NOCCA)

Dooky Chase Band Blanchard Band Warren Bell, Sr. Quezeque Orchestra Houston Orchestra Preservation Hall Musians

All have evolved for a century or more because the African - American people are only 150 years up from Slavery, so why are the pioneers of such music interpretation being left out who knew the foundation from the ends and outs. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:306:C576:F3B0:C2:2643:E0F6:6E5 (talk) 02:16, 6 September 2015 (UTC)[reply]
