AnyMind Group (formerly known.[1] as AdAsia Holdings) was founded in Singapore[2] in April 2016 by Kosuke Sogo and Otohiko Kozutsumi, and now situates its headquarters in Tokyo, Japan. In March 2023, the company conducted its IPO[3] on the Tokyo Stock Exchange, following two prior listing attempts which were postponed in March 2022[4] and December 2022[5] making it the first company to have three IPO approvals by the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The company started off by providing marketing technology for enterprises, online publishers and content creators, and in 2020, expanded its offerings to include e-commerce solutions[6].

In 2023, AnyMind Group coined the term for a new type of online influencer: e-Selling Opinion Leaders (eSOLs)[7].

Funding[edit]

In 2017, AnyMind Group raised its Series A funding, which was the highest in the Southeast Asia advertising technology sector[8] at that time.

AnyMind Group raised an approximate total of US$91.7 million[9] in funding before the completion of its IPO in March 2023[10].
