Bosnia and Herzegovina December 2023 conflict[edit]

On 29 December 2023, Bosnian green berets invaded Novi Travnik and it soon escalated into a major conflict within Bosnia and Herzegovina. At midnight the Serbian rebels started to advance towards South Sarajevo. Before the invasion president of Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik threatened that he will proclaim Republika Srpska as an independent nation and will support Herzeg Bosnia as an independent nation as well.
