DYNZ-TV (channel 23) is a television station in Metro Cebu, Philippines, serving as the Visayas flagship of the A2Z network. It is owned by ZOE Broadcasting Network and operated by ABS-CBN Corporation under a airtime lease agreement. The station maintains transmitter facilities located atop Mount Busay, Brgy. Babag 1, Cebu City, at the former ABS-CBN tower.[1]

ABS-CBN Cebu ceased its operations on May 5, 2020 as a result of the cease and desist order of the National Telecommunications Commission after the network's legislative franchise to operate expired the day before, together with DYAB Radyo Patrol 1512 and MOR 97.1. On March 24, 2022, following ZOE Broadcasting Network expanding its nationwide digital rollout in which ABS-CBN partnered with ZOE TV through its blocktime agreement to launched A2Z after ABS-CBN shutdown and legislative franchise denial 2 years ago, A2Z commenced its ISDB-T digital test broadcast allowing to broadcast programs from the network's flagship station DZOE-TV Channel 11 Manila (based in Quezon City), and freely received by viewers on UHF Channel 20 as a provisional authority assigned to ZOE. The new 5-kilowatt digital transmitter situated along Mt. Busay, Brgy. Babag 1, which covering Metro Cebu and parts of Bohol, Negros Oriental and Leyte.
