Submission declined on 26 November 2023 by BuySomeApples (talk). This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of people). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia. Declined by BuySomeApples 7 months ago. |

Encyclopedia articles need to be written from a neutral point of view, and should refer to a range of independent, reliable, published sources, not just to materials produced by the creator of the subject being discussed. This is important so that the article can meet Wikipedia's verifiability policy and the notability of the subject can be established. - Comment: Doesn't seem to be any notability outside of GoodPop, so I'm not sure this warrants a standalone page. BuySomeApples (talk) 00:36, 26 November 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: Sorry, I am not convinced this person passes WP:NPEOPLE. Youll need to overhaul the sources and find secondary independent ones. Qcne (talk) 13:36, 11 November 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: Remove most of the External links, you should only have one or two. See the guidelines at WP:EXTERNAL.However I am not convinced this person meets WP:NPEOPLE: most sources are interviews or about the company not the CEO. Qcne (talk) 18:54, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: There still is something off with this draft: most of the sources include significant interview elements and there is very little dedicated secondary coverage to Goetz as a person. Modussiccandi (talk) 16:06, 15 October 2023 (UTC)
- Comment: Written far too promotionally to be able to accept - is the article on the product or the person? SportingFlyer T·C 11:00, 27 June 2023 (UTC)
A major contributor to this article appears to have a close connection with its subject. (June 2023) |
