Draft:Dimitris Zissis

  • Comment: After I had declined this draft I found that it had been declined eight times previously. Those outcomes, comments and the conflict of interest banner were all deleted by a now-banned editor. I feel my decline needs to be changed to a rejection. Mgp28 (talk) 14:13, 17 August 2024 (UTC)
  • Comment: While WP:NPROF#C1 can be met with several extremely highly cited scholarly publications I think the article still needs to discuss his impact on the discipline beyond lists of people who are "most cited". The "European Commission" section is unreferenced, and citation 6 does not seem to support the membership and fellowship listed in that sentence of the article. • Comment: Please dial down the hagiography. Your job is to describe, not promote, the subject.
Make sure the citations actually support the statements made. For example, one of the more obvious claims in this draft for WP:NACADEMIC notability would be the editorship of a "major, well-established academic journal" (#8), but the citations against that merely links to the journal's home page, not to any content actually verifying this. (Also, calling a journal "highly esteemed" does not make it so, and is peacocky.) DoubleGrazing (talk) 09:58, 27 December 2023 (UTC)
  • Comment: WP:NPROF#1 requires multiple sources demonstrating that he has made a large contribution. The one source referenced barely makes that case. Sungodtemple (talkcontribs) 01:33, 24 December 2023 (UTC)
  • Comment: Unless major improvements are made, I recommend Reject (no option to resubmit) in the next round. Ldm1954 (talk) 16:55, 4 October 2023 (UTC)
  • Comment: Wikipedia is not considered as a reliable sources. Please see WP:CIRCULAR. Fade258 (talk) 04:14, 20 August 2023 (UTC)
