From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The European Parliament Info Hub is a free visitor forum on the Esplanade Solidarność 1980 in the EU Quarter of Brussels. It provides information and resources on European affairs, current EU policy discussions, EU research materials, and the history of European integration. The building also regularly hosts EU policy talks, civil society events, and temporary exhibitions.[1]

History[edit]

The Info Hub was opened in July 2022 by European Parliament Secretary‑General Klaus Welle, Director-General for Communication Jaume Duch Guillot and acting Director-General for the European Parliamentary Research Service Étienne Bassot.[2] It forms part of the overall European Parliament visitor offer on the Brussels campus, including hemicycle tours, the Parlamentarium and the House of European History.

Practical information[edit]

The Info Hub is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with free entrance, and access to visitors with reduced mobility. Upcoming events are published on the European Parliament's booking platform.[3]
