This is a residential development in Macao. For the residential development with the same name in Hong Kong, see LOHAS Park.

Lohas Park (Chinese: 珀悅) is a Macao private residential development. It is located on Avenida de Vale das Borbelatas in Seac Pai Van, Coloane.^[1]

Project

Based on the presale data released by DSSCU, Lohas Park occupies a land size of 2260 m².^[2]

It is a single building development with 217 residential units, 199 parking spaces and 10 commercial spaces. ^[2]
