R. Scott Pastrick (born April 16, 1956) is the former President and CEO of Prime Policy Group, a bipartisan government relations firm in Washington, DC that is wholly owned by WPP Group. Prime Policy Group was formed with the merger of BKSH and Timmons and Company.

Pastrick is a longtime Democratic consultant in Washington, known to be a top lobbyist.[1] He was appointed as the Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of the Treasury during President Jimmy Carter's administration. During President Bill Clinton's first administration, he was elected Treasurer[2] of the Democratic National Committee and served in that role on the Executive Committee from 1995 to 1997.[3]
