Sandeep Vohra is an Indian psychiatrist and psychotherapist known for his proficiency in Bipolar Disorder & Digital Mental Healthcare. He is founder chairman & director of No Worry No Tension Healthcare.[1] & Vohra Neuropsychiatry Centre[2], New Delhi. He is an International Fellow of The American Psychiatric Association[3] and is the Chairperson for the Digital Mental Health Taskforce, Indian Psychiatric Society[4].

Early Life & Education[edit]

Vohra was born in Yamunanagar, Haryana on June 16, 1966. He completed his M.B.B.S. from University College of Medical Sciences, New Delhi in 1988. He then completely his M.D. in Psychiatry from Lady Hardinge Medical College in 1994.

Career[edit]

Sandeep Vohra started working at Apollo Hospital, New Delhi in 1999. In 2018, he also joined BLK-MAX Hospital, New Delhi. He also founded Vohra Neuropsychiatry Centre[2] in 1997 and No Worry No Tension Healthcare[1] in 2011.

He also founded a Not-for-profit organization, Sahyog in 2001. The organization has helped hundreds of individuals in India get access to mental healthcare resources.

In 2011, Vohra created a questionnaire based tool, Emotional Wellness Index (also known as Stressometer) which was analyzed by University of Houston in 2019 and was found to be able to correctly stress levels in individuals in approximately 80% of the cases.[5]

In May 2019, Vohra was named '25 Dominant Leaders to watch in Healthcare Industry' by the CEO Magazine, India for his startup, No Worry No Tension Healthcare.[6]

In May 2020, Amit Burman, the chairman of Dabur Group invested in No Worry No Tension Healthcare.[7]

In 2021, he co-created the "Goulston-Vohra Happiness Scale," along with Dr. Mark Goulston. The digital scale helps to measure an person's emotional wellness levels and is widely used in India.[8][9]
