Nahal Halav (נחל חלב) is a tributary of Nahal Gush Halav, which in turn is a tributary of Nahal Dishon. The stream is approximately two kilometers long.

Geography

[edit]

The stream's source is at an elevation of 800 meters above sea level, on the northern slopes of Jish (Gush Halav). It flows northward, and in its middle section, it features the "Brechat Halav" (Halav Pool),[1] also known as the "The Blue Eye."[2] The stream ultimately discharges into Nahal Gush Halav at an elevation of 600 meters above sea level.[3]

Near the confluence of Nahal Halav and Nahal Gush Halav, there is a spring called "Ein Halav."[4]
