Qarah Su-ye Sharqi Rural District (Persian: دهستان قرهسو شرقی) is in Si Joval District of Torkaman County, Golestan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Qarah Qashli.[3]
After the 2006 National Census, parts of the Central District were separated from the district in the establishment of Si Joval District, which was divided into two rural districts, with the village of Si Joval (now a city)[4] as its capital.[3]
At the census of 2011, its population was 5,167 in 1,277 households.[5] At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 5,642 in 1,505 households. The most populous of its nine villages was Qarah Qashli, with 2,731 people.[2]
