Suzesh (Persian: سوزش)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Maraveh Tappeh Rural District of the Central District of Maraveh Tappeh County, Golestan province, Iran.[4]

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 588 in 121 households, when it was in the former Maraveh Tappeh District of Kalaleh County.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 693 people in 166 households,[6] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Maraveh Tappeh County.[4] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 727 people in 198 households.[2]
