size of the armies

Gustavo Barroso, in his "Historia mIlitar do Brasil"gives the number of only 3000 troops for the brazilian side - which makes much more sense if you consider that it was a invasion force against the whole of the local forces plus argentinian forces. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 189.4.54.219 (talk) 21:55, 16 February 2013 (UTC)
