Deceased

There's a paywalled Legacy obituary. I haven't looked for whether more credible sources have surfaced. The obit says he was born in Ohio. Why do Wikipedians believe that making up birthplaces out of thin air is acceptable BLP behavior? There are other professional wrestling biographies which list the same birthplace for the same reason, namely because the wrestler was best known for appearing in Pacific Northwest Wrestling.
