Comment: Are there any secondary sources to show common usage or non-usage of the apostrophe? This is a common problem with possessive apostrophes in U.S. place names; it's often hard to determine the common name used by the people, because the government's hatred of punctuation drowns it out. Weak oppose. It's a close call, but I think the "Beesley's Point" spelling is the WP:COMMONNAME by enough of a margin for me to oppose this move. I looked through the following Google News results and am tabulating my findings below:
- Search term: "beesleys point" new jersey
  - 2 results using "Beesley's Point"
  - 12 results using "Beesleys Point"
  - 2 results where a paywall prevented me from seeing which spelling was used
- Search term: "beesley's point" new jersey
  - 31 results using "Beesley's Point"
  - 3 results using "Beesleys Point"
  - 1 result using "Beesley Point"
  - 2 results referring to a beach called "Beesley's Point" rather than the town
  - 7 results where a paywall prevented me from seeing which spelling was used
  - 3 links removed as duplicates (news articles that all linked to the same article in their respective "related news" sections)

The balance of results convinces me that the "Beesley's Point" spelling is more widely used; not only did it have a higher number of results, but those results were drawn from a broader range of publications.
