Layout

[edit]

Tagged for layout per non-standard TOC. Will defer other editors on format here. Separately, 1st pass through search found several references not on the page. Plenty of articles about its misconduct contain info that could be pulled together for a History section, starters = External links section. Adding Value Walk for now and will circle back. I removed the tag as its not obvious what other layout we can go with. Since it is (allegedly) a fraud and operates largely in secret from offshore centres I don't know how anyone is going to write a history section, but if you feel you have the sources to do it I won't oppose you!
