Merge?[edit]

Resolved
 – No, we don't merge articles on titles with articles on random individuals who bore the title.

I see some duplication with this article. Should we merge the two? -- Lost 11:44, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • No, Maharaja of Patiala can have a summary but Bhupinder Singh is a major figure and should have an article of his own. Tintin (talk) 01:36, 26 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]
    • Indeed - I have just moved the relevant information across. -- ALoan (Talk) 00:04, 3 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is he wearing it or a replica? Anna Frodesiak (talk) 10:35, 13 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Actually, the photo says 1911, but the necklace he is wearing wasn't created until 1928. Anna Frodesiak (talk) 15:00, 6 November 2014 (UTC)[reply]

He worked tirelessly for his subjects' betterment and introduced many social reforms in Patiala.[edit]

If in fact he did these things, can they not be documented? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rtmyers (talkcontribs) 13:41, 13 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Clean up needed[edit]

I’m surprised to see this featured in the “did you know” section when it has loads of punctuation/sentence structure mistakes and seemingly factual ones, too. The section about his wives begins by saying he married ten times but then says he had five wives. 135.23.171.213 (talk) 09:08, 5 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Inconsistencies and certain info is in the wrong place[edit]

Information that is in the biography section regarding number of wives is inconsistent with the number of wives stated in the personal life section. Also, would it not be better to put information regarding notable children and notable descendants in the personal life section ? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rvsingh12 (talkcontribs) 21:09, 30 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
