My recent edit about the use of spent grain in bread was undone and labeled "spam." It is no such thing: I am not in any way affiliated with the author or the publisher, and only wished to note that there exists at least one culinary use for the subject at hand. That was me who reverted it, and I was too hasty in my efforts. I looked up the book and saw it wasn't someone's attempt at promoting their self-published book on wikipedia. I have converted the mention of the culinary usage of spent grains into an inline citation referencing the pages of that book you listed. Looking at the book's index online, there seems to be a significant section on the use of spent grains in bread, including their characteristics, etc. If you own that book, would you mind paraphrasing some of that content into a new "culinary use" section in this article? If you type "brewer's spent grain" into the search bar or "BSG," it redirects you to a small section of the brewing page called "by-products." Working with and studying BSG, I believe it deserves its own, entire page with categories and references. I created this page from scratch and have attempted to link to it in the Brewing page, but that page requires specific authorization.
