The most recent news I can find online says that Phelps was bailed to appear before magistrates on February 22. It's now three days later; do we know what happened at that hearing? Loganberry (Talk) 20:14, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Please ignore the above. That February date refers to Phelps' brother, who was also mentioned in the article as facing similar charges.[1]Loganberry (Talk) 20:23, 25 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Phelps has not yet been sentenced, however he was found guilty of, I believe, 16 of the 17 counts he was accused of. I am not sure of the exact number, but I know his sentencing hearing has not yet taken place.Gimbles91 (talk) 19:20, 2 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
