Place of birth?

[edit]

The article says Australia, but IMDB and other sites list Oak Park, IL.

He's Just Not That Into You

[edit]

The article currently says that Busy Philipps' appearance in He's Just Not That Into You is "noteworthy and critically acclaimed," but this needs a source. I saw the film and noticed her, but it was very blink-and-you-missed-it; if a verifiable source provides a favorable description, great for her, but it needs to be provided. --DavidK93 (talk) 11:57, 26 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

With no further input, I have changed the description to a "brief" appearance. --DavidK93 (talk) 21:26, 7 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

After giving birth

[edit]

The article says: On a 2010 appearance of Chelsea Lately, Phillips commented that she auditioned for the hit television show Glee just one week after giving birth, in which she gained 80 pounds.[citation needed] It appears that this should say "...after giving birth. During her pregnancy she had gained 80 pounds." or something similar. But since I don't have the information (maybe she did gain 80 pounds while giving birth) I'll leave it to someone else. "Busty"

[edit]

Someone has had a lot of fun inserting a lot of t-s in BP's name. Still, I'm sure we don't have to keep that joke in the article, not even between <!-- -->. Probably this page should be patrolled somewhat more often than usual, though. --Oop (talk) 19:28, 24 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Yo Gabba Gabba

[edit]

Just to note it here, she appeared in an episode of Nickelodeon's kid show "Yo Gabba Gabba". I believe it was Season 4's "Restaurant". I'm not sure where a guest appearance in a kid's show should go. It would be under television, but I'm not sure if it belongs in the existing list of work or if this would be something different. 97.86.255.20 (talk) 14:38, 6 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The band named Mommas and the Poppas circa 1965 had two female members one of whom was the very beautiful Michelle Phillips who was married to John Phillips. However, a Google Image search for Michelle Phillips displayed at least one image of Busy Phillipps. I wanted to see if there was some family relationship even though the surname is spelled with an extra p, but this article does not mention Busy Phillipps' parents' names to know if there was any family tree connections at all. A lot of biographical articles mention parents of people. Many web visitors are interested in famous people's lineage for heritable human characteristics like talent, beauty, intelligence, and so on. Why does this article not mention more of her origins? Oldspammer (talk) 03:36, 23 December 2019 (UTC)[reply]
