Contested deletion

[edit]

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because, Dom Obá d'áfrica was a person of great importance during his time, as it is written in the article, he fought with bravery in the Paraguay war, and later was an important abolitionist, however his greater importance is due to curiosity, even though african princes and noblemen were commonly enslaved to Brazil, where they continued being revered by the blacks, Obá is unique because he was treated as so noblemen by the Brazilian Emperor.
