Demographic include Prison Populatio?

Maybe it has changed since I lived there, but as far is I know the regular free population in overwhelimingly white. My guess is they included the prison population, which skews the statistics. 71.114.190.5 (talk) 00:23, 21 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
