Split

[edit]

I am not going to do anything personally, but just a suggestion. Shouldn't this be two different articles? Why would two people be represented by one? Mynameisnotpj (talk) 04:18, 22 March 2008 (UTC)[reply]

"Wilkinson v Kitzinger"

[edit]

Shouldn't this be R v Wilkinson/Kitzinger or similar? Why were they opposed to each other? --LukeSurl t c 21:28, 28 June 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Independent notability

[edit]

Kitzinger and Wilkinson are notable outside of their relationship, and independently of each other. (sources: [1][2])

For Kitzinger

  • WP:NPROF 1: see the above source, and the one mentioned at the end of it
  • NPROF 6: inaugural Chair of the Psychology of Sexualities Section in the BPS, which she was a key player in creating
  • NPROF 2: received the BPS Research Board Lifetime Achievement Award in 2016

For Wilkinson:

  • NPROF 1: see the above source
  • NPROF 2: American Psychological Association's Society for Women in Psychology (Divn 35) Carolyn Wood Sherif Award in 2020
  • NPROF 3: Fellow of the BPS
  • NPROF 5: Ruth Wynn Woodward Endowed Professor of Women's Studies at Simon Fraser University in Canada, 2002-2004
  • NPROF 6: inaugural Chair of the Psychology of Women Section in the BPS, which she was a key player in creating
  • NPROF 7 (arguably): Founding Editor-in-Chief of Psychology & Women, which is now a well-established journal. Continued editing it until 2007.

They should have two separate articles. --Xurizuri (talk) 10:36, 7 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
