RE: Sources for the "Leak broke virtually every national HS passing record."

[edit]

I love me some Chris Leak, but he didn't break those national passing records. There's no one above him from North Carolina, so it's rational to conclude that he holds state records (I can't find data from NCHSAA), but not the national records. See http://nflhs.com/News/Records/11man_ind_offense.asp 76.3.10.154 20:35, 3 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"I love me some Chris Leak" Huh? Also, I didn't know he was the offensive MVP of the BCS Championship Game; I thought he was the MVP, period. If time permits, I'll research it.John ISEM 01:58, 2 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Middle name?

[edit]

I find it hard to believe his middle name is "Games". I looked it up and don't see it anywhere. Seems like someone just added it in.

Anybody have any sources for his middle name?

height

[edit]

I noticed the article says he is 6 feet. isn't chris leak 5-11? I know the NFL stats list him as 6 feet but other sources including Topps list him as 5-11. --Tvwatcher (talk) 01:35, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I herd he was like 5-11 and 1/2 or 3/4, i'll check and see what i can find Hatmatbbat10,a proud Wikipedian (Talk) 03:03, 23 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

American Football?

[edit]

How can he be an American football quarterback when he is playing with the Alouettes? Jusfiq (talk) 01:43, 2 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Two possible explanations. First, the game "American" Football, as opposed to what USA residents commonly refer to as 'Soccer' although the rest of the world calls it football. Second, Chris is from the United States of America, whose residents commonly call themselves "Americans". —Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.22.169.121 (talk) 19:10, 25 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
