Christina Aguilera (album) Bionic

As of 2nd of January 2013, Bionic has reportedly sold 1.15 million worldwide, according to this Billboard article below. This could be added into the main page. Thanks for your attention. http://www.billboard.com/biz/articles/news/1510522/business-matters-how-much-will-irving-azoff-be-missed-on-live-nations — Preceding unsigned comment added by MojShojo (talkcontribs) 09:45, 15 August 2016 (UTC) MojShojo (talk) 13:23, 16 August 2016 (UTC)

MojShojo Not worldwide. It sold 1.15 tracks in USA only. It's also an old article dated from 2013...--88marcus (talk) 03:58, 16 August 2016 (UTC)

88marcus I see, thanks for the info. So, it means that the album made it to the RIAA certification? I was expecting this to be reported on her wiki page, but it seems that the manager of the page is not doing a proper update. Also, all album sales have old references (the most recent one is 2015 for Stripped). I could not find current info on her album sales anywhere on the internet. Thanks. — Preceding unsigned comment added by MojShojo (talkcontribs) 07:07, 16 August 2016 (UTC) MojShojo (talk) 13:23, 16 August 2016 (UTC)

You didnt understand. It's not the album that sold 1.15, it was the tracks from the album. Some people buy the tracks separetaly, the album itself sold around 300,000. And I don't think that the albums sold much more than the old references said. An album sold well anly in its first years, after that it sold relatively little.--88marcus (talk) 15:51, 23 August 2016 (UTC)

Not done: please provide reliable sources that support the change you want to be made. Per the content guideline on record charts, chartmasters is not a recommended source of sales information. Eggishorn (talk) (contrib) 17:15, 8 November 2017 (UTC)

1992 Christmas single

In 1992, not-quite-12-year-old Christina Aguilera recorded the song "What Child is This?" for the album "Home for the Holidays, Volume II: a collection of seasonal music performed by Pittsburgh artists". The album was the second in a series of annual benefit albums promoted by the Giant Eagle chain of grocery stores, with proceeds to benefit the homeless in the Pittsburgh area. The project was sponsored by 3-W-S Radio 94.5, Eastman-Kodak, and Giant Eagle.

That particular track is credited as: Christina Aguilera -- Vocal; Craig Zinger -- Piano and Arrangement; The Bach Choir with Max Peterson - Director; John Gorr -- String Arrangement and Performance; Dino Distefano -- Engineer, Mikey Razor -- Producer; Traditional; arranged by Craig Zinger (c) 1992 Ringer Music, BMI / length: 3:10

Recorded at Audiomation.

This information is transcribed from my copy of the original CD. I have no idea how to include this on this discography page; it would be delightful if someone else would do that. DMTate (talk) 02:24, 29 November 2017 (UTC)
