World Domination League is unclear. Was this a stand up routine or was it written in print? If it was stand up which routine, and if in print what publication. Not quite factually correct to say that "The striking thing about E. L. Wisty was that he never smiled—Cook managed to keep a straight face throughout, despite the audience laughter."
