Proposed merger from Edmond J. Safra

[edit]

Proposed re-structuring of related article on Ted Maher

[edit]
  • I've completed a new article on Ted Maher, the arsonist, which includes a section on the death of Edmond Safra, much of which would be relevant here. Perhaps that section should be moved to a new article dedicated to the arson incident and referenced by Edmond Safra and Ted Maher? Or is that overkill? --Andy.mcintyre 01:12, 18 January, 2008

Arms Dealer

[edit]

There is also nothing in here on his alleged activities as an arms dealer... Whether it was true or not is one issue, but it was certainly well-publicized in its accusation and association of this man... Stevenmitchell (talk) 05:21, 26 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Conflicting content

[edit]

In the section titled "Death," we see this, "Maher's lawyer, Michael Griffith, said that Maher did indeed start the fire in order to gain acceptance from Safra...." We also learn that the two alleged intruders were a fiction created by Maher to suit his tragic plot to be a hero.

LATER, in Note c, this appears, "...he died in December 1999 when two armed masked men entered Safra's 1000 square meter apartment and set fire to it...."'Italic text

IF THE FORMER IS TRUE, then the latter must be revised or deleted.
