When creating this article on 4 January 2012, The Discoverer commented, in conjunction with the {{Refimprove}} tag, that "All references are from a single source commercial site ogura-clutch.com."
When he wrote the cited trade magazine articles, author Frank Fleming was president of Ogura Industrial Corp., a seller of friction-plate electromagnetic couplings. That makes the sources non-independent, so they do not establish notability. Friction-plate electromagnetic couplings → Electromagnetic clutches and brakes – The term "Friction-plate electromagnetic couplings" doesn't seem to exist except Wikipedia and few mirrors (no hits from GScholar/Books). The lead uses the term "Electromagnetic clutches and brakes" which does exist, so it seems like this needs a move. That said, this is very removed from my fields of expertise, so I am opening this for comments. Interested editors may also want to read the comment above about unreliable sources, and consider the very notability of this topic.
