CR Issue/close paraphrasing

Hi @Diannaa: I want to apologize for being a problem. I did not mean to violate any CR rules/laws, and I promise I did not copy/paste the content. I really thought I had re-worded the content so this issue would not come up, but I guess I failed. Thank you for giving me another chance. I re-wrote the problematic content, and I hope it is to the satisfaction of the Wikipedia standards for avoiding CR violations. The re-written article is where you asked me to write it: here.
