This article is written in American English, which has its own spelling conventions (color, defense, traveled) and some terms that are used in it may be different or absent from other varieties of English. According to the relevant style guide, this should not be changed without broad consensus.
Bicentennial quarter vs. None from 1955 to 1981[edit]
According to the article, "No commemorative coins were struck from 1955 until after the Treasury Department changed its position in 1981." However, the page for commemorative coins pictures the bicentennial quarter which was issued in 1976. I don't know enough about coins to fix this, but the two pages contradict each other.
It is a circulating commemorative, which is not considered part of the commemorative coin series, but part of the series of Washington quarter and so forth.--Wehwalt (talk) 05:07, 9 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

I don't plan to do anything. The information is correct, it's just a question of formatting, something that does not affect the reader. I could remove the 10, but that would cost the reader information.--Wehwalt (talk) 05:52, 13 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]
