Plot section rework[edit]

The plot section is way too long as a single item. One potential solution is to break it into subsections covering each different thread - Klinger's romance, the Mozart storyline, etc - headed by a short introductory summary that ensures the overall chronological sequence is correctly described. I have some thoughts, some I cannot say. First of all, how do you decide that something is "way too long"? I find it fascinating.

"plot summaries for feature films should be between 400 and 700 words" - how many words are there already? I guess it must be waaaay more than 700?

To be honest, I canot see why you are objecting., It is the final episode, there are many plotlines to tie off, and it is a complicated piece.

If it was just another double episode i would agree, that it should be cut down, but I do not agree that it is "way too long"

Any more than trimming 50 or so words should really require consensus - why? Because there is no hard and fast rule on this matter, in particular there is no agreed upon upper limit for the amount of words, or how long "excessively" is.

Add This Episode To The Rerun Rotation?[edit]

Should this episode be broken up into 5(I think) half hour episodes and added to the rerun rotation? Is it fair to have to wait a few years to see it? I guess its gonna be on MeTV once a year for at least awhile(as it was tonight), and you can download and/or watch it anytime you want. But part of me thinks it should be part of the rerun rotation. I really loved seeing the cast and crew commentary intermixed in the episode on MeTV. You wouldn't get that when its added to the rotation though.

Its probably gonna happen eventually isn't it? But not with appreciation. Some Millenial or gen-Z video engineer is gonna do it at the request of their millennial or gen-Z boss.
