All claims on wikipedia need to be backed up by reliable sources. More so since this is presumptively a WP:BLP Biography of a Living Person. The article cites a twitter post for news of his death. Recently someone added this blog post[1] to the 2021 deaths page (now reverted). I did a quick search and can't find any WP:RS for this, but this isn't my area and Japanese isn't my strength.
