Taylor Swift[edit]

She is the only act to win Pop Vocal Album and Best Country Album. This is completely true and is constantly being deleted from this page, along with Swifts picture all together. This is completely bias as other artist with less significant are left but Swift (the first woman to win AotY twice and Only act to win Pop and Country Album award is ignored). If this claim is false please tell me who else won both awards and I will stop but, I will continue to add Taylors picture and achievement to this page. @Finaltwo: Including a fact like "Swift is the only act to win Pop Vocal Album and Best Country Album" requires a source for verification. Please do not add this information unless you include a reliable source. Thank you. ---Another Believer (Talk) 17:48, 16 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I removed the unsourced info again. ---Another Believer (Talk) 17:49, 16 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

A reliable source would be the wiki page of Best country album. You can just go look on that page and see who has won. Just because it's not written in a article on the internet doesn't mean it's not true. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Finaltwo (talkcontribs) 01:04, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Finaltwo: Fortunately for Wikipedia and its readers, content must be appropriately sourced. We cannot rely on other Wikipedia articles to verify its own content, and can only publish claims verifiable in reliable secondary coverage. You'll need to find a reliable source specifically verifying this claim if you'd like the fact to be added to the page. ---Another Believer (Talk) 01:18, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Well by that fact I could source both the official Grammy web pages for both Pop Vocal and Country Album. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Finaltwo (talkcontribs) 01:42, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Producers and Engineers receive awards[edit]

Producers (and sometimes engineers) can also receive an award for Best Pop Vocal Album, but this is not mentioned in the article. Max Martin and Shellback won for Best Pop Vocal Album in the 58th Grammy Awards for 1989 and Pharrell Williams won in the 61st Grammy Awards for Sweetener.

This needs to be included in the page,

However not all producers win an award, e.g Jack Antonoff who also produced on 1989, did not receive an award. Engineer/Mixer Tom Elmhirst won for his work on Adele's 25 at the 59th Grammy Awards, but it doesn't appear that any producer is listed as winning for 25 in pop vocal album. Dan Nigro won for Sour?[edit]

It seems that ever since Billie's victory in 2020 the category only awards the performing artists, even if the category says that "The award goes to the artist, producer and engineer/mixer, provided they worked on more than 50% of playing time on the album" on the top of the page.

If the award is given to producers and engineers, why Dan Nigro's work on all the tracks of Sour and Kid Harpoon and Tyler Johnson on all tracks of Harry's House isn't being recognized here? People are so eager to put their favorites on the winning lists that forget to do the right things. It isn't only Olivia and Harry's duo RyzeHope (talk) 18:18, 9 February 2023 (UTC)[reply]
