The over use of former & latter in summaries[edit]

I really don't see a point why it adamantly needs have it worded with former and latter, when there is be better ways to word episode summaries that don't heavily rely on it solely or make it look awkwardly worded to read it. Pissedgreenlink (talk) 07:26, 6 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • After going through the plot summaries, I can understand some aspects of your argument. In certain cases, especially if a sentence was referring to two people of different gender, I changed "former" and "latter" to his/her pronouns where appropriate since those work just as well. However, I left some "former"s and "latter"s in if I felt like there were no other alternatives, especially when a sentence was referring to two people of the same gender and there was no way I could refer to one of them without using too many words or in a case where it would not work grammatically if I used something other than "former" or "latter". Please understand that I meant no disrespect when I undid your edits. I was only making sure the plot summaries were following Wikipedia's guidelines. Also, it was not fair to call former and latter "grammar errors" since they are real words. I hope this compromise works with you and we can settle things before it gets bad. • So another editor got involved and undid my edit on the grounds of "poor writing". I am not going to argue for the edit to be restored because I want to avoid provoking an edit war. I will however see if I can cut down on using "former and latter" in future summaries where possible. Blazewing16 (talk) 22:53, 10 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I think that there should be a page for this. (Garlic Zamasu (talk) 00:08, 9 June 2020 (UTC))[reply]

It is still too soon to have a List of Harley Quinn characters article right now. — YoungForever(talk) 00:00, 17 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

So about that list of characters, would you say now is a good time for it?

Adult Swim[edit]

re:

The series airs on Adult Swim in Canada, with new episodes airing a week after their American premiere

This might be dated. I just watched ep 24 tonight, so with a june 12 episode debuting june 13th in Canada that's just 1 day late not 1 week. 70.27.14.240 (talk) 06:02, 14 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

New Zealand Release[edit]

Does anybody know when the DVD will be released in New Zealand? If it hasn't been already I mean.

Season 3 Set to air late 2021[edit]

According to Screenrant, Harley Quinn season 3 will not premiere until late 2021.[1] The shift from WarnerMedia announced their rebranding of DC Universe Infinite the change took place on January 21 2021.[2] An interview from the shows creators Justin Halpern and Patrick Schumacker, they were "optimistic" despite the shift from DC Universe to HBO MAX and estimated late 2021 for Season 3.[1] Schumacker stated it was more difficult to produce, but it will be much simpler not having to create two seasons back to back.

KatyTravers, I'm not surprised by that, to be honest. I just combined some of the sources here to make it flow a little better, but didn't change any of the other content. The TV Line article on the main page vaguely says "with Harley Quinn destined for HBO Max, Big Bang Theory alum Kaley Cuoco will now headline two series for the streamer, including the upcoming dramedy The Flight Attendant, which is expected to premiere later this year," but gives no date, so this would definitely add something.. Anyway, you could add this to the release section on the main page if you'd like. Historyday01 (talk) 18:19, 4 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

List of Harley Quinn episodes[edit]

Hi, do you think the episodes are ready to be split into its own page? I found out that Season 4 is going to start on July 27, 2023 and it seems that the episodes would make the main article large. The series has aired over 3 seasons and it seems that the episodes would be moved to its own page. 99.47.2.33 (talk) 20:23, 3 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

YoungForever, do you think the episodes are ready to be split into its own page before Season 4 starts on July 27, 2023? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.47.2.33 (talk) 20:22, 5 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

It is absolutely not enough to split into "List of episodes" article. Please see MOS:TVSPLIT and Wikipedia:Article splitting (television). It is not even close to 50-60 episodes yet nor between 50kB and 60kB of readable prose. — YoungForever(talk) 18:50, 29 July 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Reference to SNL S07E19 (04/14/12), hosted by Josh Brolin: Woodridge High Skit[edit]

In Harley Quinn S04E05, Jim Gordon, now a security guard at the Legion, accidentally activates a slow-motion machine, making Ivy's new young team look really cool as they walk slowly, which seems a direct reference to the SNL Woodridge High Skit. I do not know if anybody adds cultural references or influences to this page, so just an FYI. 178.88.230.50 (talk) 15:41, 11 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
