Yes' debut album features a song titled 'Harold Land', which is about such a man. Is this the same Harold Land, just with a fictionalized personality, or am I being daft about this? 69.17.136.13 00:22, 14 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The only connection is the name. Jon Anderson had written a song about a soldier and needed a name for the character that ended in "-and". Bruford was a fan of Harold Land and suggested his name.
