After his death in 1969 his logo was maintained. There is a lack of copyright differentiation between the works produced during Edward Marshall Boehm’s lifetime which he created, 1951-1969 and the works done after his death by the Boehm firm. It is paramount to distinguish between Edward Marshall Boehm’s work and what followed his death. The book quoted in the article serves this purpose: Reese Palley; Edward Marshall Beohm, The Porcelain art of Edward Marshall Boehm Best, (Salmon1 (talk))
