Gerner memorials[edit]

Thanks to Ramblersen2 for the latest edit in external links. (I must have walked past the Gerner memorial numerous times without paying it much attention, as I have relations in Bistrup.) I have emailed the church to see if a copyright-free image of Gerner's chains can be made available for use on this article. Viking1808 (talk) 16:06, 5 March 2021 (UTC) @Ramblersen2:[reply]

User:Viking1808: I was planning to go there to photograph the monument and the chains but I guess the church may well be locked up at the moment due the the Covid-19 situation so writing them was probably the fastest and easiest way to go. Note that there is also a memorial to him and the others from the Kronborg operation in the Jægersåris Memorial Park. I have uploaded a drawing of it and may have a photograph on my computer back home (I will check when I get home in a few days time) since I took a bunch of pictures there last summer that I have never got around to upload )some of the inscriptions are hard to read and they are therefore hard to identify.Ramblersen2 (talk) 16:40, 5 March 2021 (UTC)[reply]
