Improving accuracy of the translation - Part 1[edit]

I improved the accuracy of the introduction from the French translation of this article.

"autoroute" would translate to "freeway" but "highway" is typically used more in Canadian English and since this is about Quebéc (a province in Canada), it makes sense to use it.
"réseau routier québécois"; Quebec provincial highway network does work as a translation, but a lot of French locations/organizations have official English translations. I was not able to find one through Google, but it might be useful information to consider.
"de routes nationales"; a better translation of this is "national roads," a reference to National Highway System (Canada), so I added a wikilink to that article and added a citation for verifying that information.
"regionales" usually refers to something regional (or local). It's probably used in the sense of "regional road."

"classes"; "class" works as a translation, but categories would be a better translation in this context.
