Lead

• "..in Portland, Oregon's Buckman neighborhood in the United States." I guess this might be common parlance in AmEng, but it sounded a bit odd to me. Would you consider rephrasing it "..in the Buckman neighborhood of Portland, Oregon, in the United States"?

Description and history

• The location, in Buckman, is only mentioned in the lead. Given this article is most likely only of real interest to those in the local area, I would consider not only including the neighborhood, but being as specific as listing that it is on the corner of SE 10th and Morrison.

    • @Another Believer: For bland details such as the size of the venue, it's fine: WP:PRIMARY says: "A primary source may be used on Wikipedia only to make straightforward, descriptive statements of facts that can be verified by any educated person with access to the primary source but without further, specialized knowledge.
