Disambiguation needed?

[edit]

"Housing association" often has a different meaning in the USA. It can mean a community organization that is part of a housing development which decides how people modify and manage their houses and property, as well as maintain communal property such as idiot fencing, security, landscaping, etc. It is also known as a homeowners association. The page has a 'not to be confused with homeowners association, but could really do with a paragraph explaining the difference, because it is not obvious. --ColinFine (talk) 09:45, 15 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Neutrality

[edit]

I've flagged up the last two paragraphs in the Funding and Regulation section. It's a very politicised issue and there isn't any sources at the moment. I'm sure there is tons of original research on this though if someone has the time for a rewrite. I'm new to editing on Wikipedia so I'm not going to delete it myself in case I mess it up or contravene the rules. Andehandehandeh 15:49, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]
