No copying[edit]

It's disheartening to find so much plagiarized material in an article about a library association. Wikipedia cannot host material copied from copyrighted sources unless it is clearly attributed and marked as quotations. Even then, material copied from other sources is frequently inappropriate for an encyclopedia which uses the neutral point of view. We're not here to recap what the ILA says about itself. We're here to summarize what all significant sources say about it without adopting any of their views as our own.   Will Beback  talk  09:21, 30 January 2012 (UTC)[reply]
