Iranamadu vs Iranaimadu

I don't mean to sound rude, but please do not make mass changes like these without prior discussion. Iranaimadu Airport is very rarely used, compared to Iranamadu Airport, same with Iranaimadu vs Iranamadu . Hence this is not true. Bullet 3 is almost borderline vandalism. Please discuss if you wish to take this further. I have reverted them for now. Rehman 04:15, 3 January 2016 (UTC)

@Rehman: What's the point of you starting a discussion if you are going to do as you please anyway? Do you own all Sri Lankan reservoir/power station articles? Do I need to get your permission before I edit?

In the past you have accused me of lying and making up the existence of Chunnakam Power Station, now you accuse me of vandalism. Have a read of WP:VANDAL and tell me how my edits are vandalism.

What you haven't mentioned above is that you have also moved Iranaimadu Tank to Iranamadu Tank - without any discussion! One rule for Rehman and another for everyone else.

For the record Iranaimadu is the Tamil name. Ranamaduwa is the Sinhalese name. Iranamadu is the Sinhalised version of the Tamil name is used by Sinhalese and Sinhalised Tamil speakers like yourself.--obi2canibe^{talk contr} 11:33, 3 January 2016 (UTC)

To answer your questions:

1. No. But actions such as those shown above, particularly the mass changes in bullet-3, always needs to be discussed first.
2. I don't wish to mix two topics here. If you wish to bring up that topic again, feel free to do so at that thread.
3. Yes I have moved that article, because it is the common name. Iranamadu Tank vs Iranaimadu Tank
4. The common name applies regardless of what is used by who. Interesting how you swish the word "Sinhalized" again, and completely excluded the "Ranamaduwa" name variant from that article.
