Defunct or Suspended?!

[edit]

Can we get to an agreement about the 'company status', there's no source on a formal bankruptcy or closure (permanently);

This source (and others as I added somewhere else) states that the company might be sold to a foreign group - however - the company is still active, with due lawsuits and judicial recovery, planes are returning to its lessor; Ministério Público ("parquet") is forcing the whole Itapemirim Group (bus and airline) to declare bankruptcy, but it doesn't mean much, so far...

Suggestions?! Herr Matheus (talk) 17:53, 13 February 2022 (UTC)[reply]

After some 5 months on a limbo, on May 5, 2022 ANAC revoked permanently the company´s AOC. It may be thus considered officially defunct. Here is a reference [1]. The article should be edited accordingly. Brunoptsem (talk) 15:36, 5 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
It was moved from ITA Transportes Aéreos to Itapemirim Transportes Aéreos (2020–2022) by Idmsdmsalescaleneiviq on 13 May.
Thanks for the update, Herr Matheus (talk) 01:50, 14 May 2022 (UTC)[reply]
