Notability

This article will require work but Udy was a major figure in the Australian Uniting Church and his publications alone assert his notability. He is a member of a distinguished clerical family (father and two brothers were Methodist ministers) and this could morph into a family article if it is given time to grow. Try to fufill WP:BIO. Publishing articles/books does not make one notable. You also need WP:RS stating that he is "a major figure in the Australian Uniting Church," and that may not assert notability. -Carados (talk) 05:21, 15 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

He was the Master (as in Principal) of a major Australian University College and his notablity as a church leader is confimed by his appearence over many years in Who's Who.Archifile (talk) 05:33, 15 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]
